Domain: Environment Project Name: Eco-Paavitrya Inception: 2010

Eco-Paavitrya is a community environmental initiative by Deepastambha Charitable Trust. It guides school students, teachers, and housing societies to celebrate festivals, birthdays, and family milestones in harmony with nature.

The project replaces blame and restrictions with practical, positive defaults. By offering accessible alternatives—such as separate bins for floral waste, natural clay decor, and upcycled crafts—it helps communities transition from complaining about pollution to cooperating through direct action.
